In Surcos del Sur we aim not only to provide a quality product, but also to implement the best way to produce, taking care of the product, the soil and the environment. To do so, we make a careful selection of the soil, the crop and the production areas. We analyze the soils in which we plant, taking into account the nutrients provided by the soil in the area and which ones need to be added to obtain a favorable progress in planting and harvesting. In addition, we consider the implementation of good labor and specialized technology in the agricultural field.
